Guest Cost to attend: $75
No cost for potential members to attend (if they have not already attended two prior meetings)

Included Three-Course Dinner:

1) ACME Rustic Rolls, Sweet Creamery Butter
Iceberg Wedge Salad: Blue Cheese Crumbles, Green Onions, Tomatoes, Blue Cheese Dressing

2) Choice of Entrée:

• Seared Filet of Sea Bass: Bay Shrimp and Herb Butter Sauce, Capers, Saffron Vegetable Orzo, Grilled Meyer Lemon

• Dry Rub Seared Filet Mignon: Spirited Rosemary Glaze, Truffled Rustic Mashed Potatoes, Creamed Spinach

• Vegetarian meal
