EASF member Barny Foland will be giving another Krav Maga self-defense demonstration and class to the members of the Executives Association of San Francisco and guests at his San Francisco training center on January 17, 2019.
Krav Maga self defense is an extremely efficient system for maintaining safety in real-life situations, emphasizing practical defenses against real attacks.
